What we collect

When you complete the FDC Discovery Call Intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, title, email address, phone number (if given), company details, and your answers to our discovery questions.

We also record the date and time of your submission and a reference ID for tracking purposes. We do not collect your IP address or any data beyond what you enter in the form.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to prepare for your scheduled discovery call with our team. Your answers help us understand your business, your challenges, and what a productive engagement might look like — so the call starts at the strategy layer, not at introductions.

Who sees it

Your submission is reviewed by the FDC team members preparing for your call. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not use it for marketing purposes beyond contacting you about the discovery call you requested.

How we store it

Your data is stored in secure, access-controlled systems used by the FDC team. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions come from real people — the verification token is checked and immediately discarded. It is never stored.

How long we keep it

We retain your submission data for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship. If we do not move forward together, your data is deleted within 12 months of submission.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
